I am the founder of middle west, a startup advisory firm in Chicago. I advise construction-tech startups on how to build a culture of sales excellence.

I enjoy making sales feel more human. I also love coaching Founders and building diverse teams with high talent density.

I help identify opportunities for excellence in sales process, talent, sales methodology and overall GTM strategy.

I spent the last decade in construction tech, starting as one of PlanGrid's first sales hires before the company's acquisition by Autodesk. At Autodesk, I led a 75-person sales organization generating $130M+ in ARR. I then joined Document Crunch as VP of Sales, scaling revenue from $2M ARR through a successful acquisition by Trimble.

I can deliver in the startup environment but am also experienced to handle the dynamics and scale of a $50B publicly traded company.
